I’m so happy with Lydia’s wellness coaching. I did the 14 day cleanse through her program and I feel fantastic. I learned so much about how different foods were effecting my moods and energy levels. She is there every step of the way to answer questions, provide support, offer ideas and recipes, and help you set and track your goals. Although I didn’t do the cleanse for weight loss, it was certainly nice to drop some weight, have more energy and sleep more soundly.
